Terms of Service

Effective date: November 3, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you (the business using StarFlow) and VirdisTech LLC. By creating an account or using StarFlow, you agree to them.

1. The service

StarFlow helps businesses ask their customers for Google reviews by text and email, view reviews, and reply to them with AI-drafted suggestions. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you sign up. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity in your account. You must have authority to manage any Google Business Profile you connect.

3. Your responsibilities

• Consent to contact. You confirm that every recipient you add is your real customer and has agreed to receive messages from you, as required by laws such as Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You're responsible for that consent.
• Honest reviews. You'll follow Google's review policies. You won't use StarFlow to ask only customers you expect to be happy, discourage negative reviews, offer incentives for reviews, or post fake reviews.
• Replies. You're responsible for any reply you approve or post, including AI-drafted ones. Review them before posting.
• Accurate information. Your account, business and recipient information must be accurate.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use StarFlow to send spam or unrelated marketing, harass anyone, impersonate another business, break any law, or interfere with or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. Text messages beyond your plan's limit are paused until your next billing cycle. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period, and fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of price changes. Founding customers keep their founding price for as long as their subscription stays active.

6. Google services

StarFlow connects to Google services you authorize. Your use of Google is also governed by Google's terms. Google may change or limit its APIs, which may affect StarFlow features, and we aren't responsible for Google's actions or availability. Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Your data

You own your data, including your recipient lists. You give us permission to use it only to provide StarFlow to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.

8. Our intellectual property

VirdisTech LLC owns StarFlow, including its software, design and name. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use it while your account is active.

9. No guaranteed results

StarFlow is provided "as is." We don't guarantee any number of reviews, ratings, delivery of every message, or uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, VirdisTech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or reviews. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You'll defend and indemnify VirdisTech LLC against claims arising from messages sent to your recipients, your lack of consent to contact them, replies you post, or your breach of these terms.

12. Termination

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms or if required by law. After termination, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We'll notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continuing to use StarFlow after that means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
