Do I need to be tech-savvy?
No. During early access, we set everything up with you on a short call.
What does StarFlow do with my Google account?
With your permission, it reads your business profile and reviews so it can build your review link, show your stats and draft replies. It never posts anything without your approval. See our Privacy Policy.
Will my customers get spammed?
No. Each customer gets one request and at most one reminder, and can opt out anytime.
Can I ask only my happy customers?
No, and you shouldn't. Google's policies prohibit selectively asking for positive reviews. StarFlow sends the same request to everyone, which keeps your profile safe and your reviews credible.
